  1. Where is the office located?

    Our office is located in the same office as West Grove Mini Storage.  We own both Storages and run them both in our office on 280 Kelton Road, West Grove, PA 19390.  

  2. How do you get to the office from the storage building?

    Turn left onto 796.

    At the first red light, turn left onto Pennocks Bridge Rd.

    At the first stop sign, continue straight onto Kelton Rd.  

    Office is the first left after the stop sign.  280 Kelton Rd.

  3. How do I rent a storage unit?

    Call us at 610-869-7060 or visit us in our office!

    We can do move-ins over the phone with the use of a credit card or you can come in to do rent a unit.

    It's very easy to do a move-in!

Storage Policies and Procedures

  1. What is due at a move-in?

    A $50.00 security deposit is due at the time of the move in. This is refundable as long as both the lock and 2 keys we provide for you are returned and the unit is in the same condition as when the move-in was completed.

    Also, a prorate for the current month plus all of the next months rent is due at the time of move in.  

    After the move in, rent is due on the first of every month.

  2. When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the first of every month. The tennant has until the fifth of the month at 5:00pm, in order to avoid any late fees.

  3. What happens if the rent is late?

    After 5:00 pm on the 5th of the month, a $10 late fee will be charged to the account.  If the payment is still not paid by 5:00pm on the 15th, an additional $25 late fee will be added, and the unit will be locked out.

  4. What is the move-out policy?

    Contractee must give a 10 days notice prior to moving out, either in writing or via email.

    Unit must be broom swept at move-out.  A sweeping fee will be deducted from the securtiy deposit for units that were not swept.

    Lock & 2 keys must be returned on or before the last day of the month or you are responsible for the next month's rent.
